ImpassionedTees.Com is a veteran owned company that specializes products that fuel your inner passions. We are a full services custom print shop with a catalog of over 25,000 products. We specialize in Graphic Tee's and Apparel, Heat Transfers, and Digital Craft Packs with a particular emphasis on: Christian, Patriotic, Military/Veterans, and First-Responders. All of our designs are produced in-house.

How do you ship and what is the price? We offer free shipping in the US on all products that we sell online. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your print faster.  Expedited shipping rates are calculated according to shipping location and will be calculated during checkout. Since Custom Print Shop jobs are usually much larger orders, we try to deliver them in person, so that we can see your reaction when you see your custom job for the first time. If we are unable to deliver them in person, we add the shipping price to the quote.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package? We ship your orders from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore). Our stock is spread over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... They are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customer's order

Where do you ship? We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can't deliver a shipment to the military area.

How do you ship? We ship orders both domestically within the US and overseas by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. For overseas shipments, after arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

Shipping Time: 

How long will my order take to be delivered? Production time for most orders is 3-5 business days. The remaining time is dependent upon the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard Shipping times are approximately 5-7 business days. Please take production time into account when selecting 2 day or overnight shipping options. 

How can I track my order? You will receive confirmation of your order via email when you complete checkout. Production time for most orders is 3-5 business days. Once production is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.  This shipment number can be tracked directly from our website via the "Track My Order" link in the top menu bar.

Why can't I track my order on your website? Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later. If you run into this issue please email [email protected] for the status of your order.

Why is my shipment status unchanged? Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs, or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

Why do I have an extra fee for my shipping company? When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company's policy or custom procedure, you might be charged extra fee for final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

How can I pay for an order? We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system can automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing orders.

How to care for your custom print? Our custom printed apparel are printed on high-quality Direct To Garment Printers. To keep your prints looking new longer please wash your apparel on cold and turned inside out. 

Return Policy:

What is your return policy? We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100% for 30 days after your purchase. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Each order is custom made when it is ordered so we cannot accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

How do I request a return? Please review our return policy above. If you need to return a product based on a defect or error on our part please send an email to [email protected] with you contact information and picture of the defective product.  We will reorder your product free of charge.
